The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the acceleration of Commercial, Visa Direct, and Visa Government Solutions in priority markets, supporting the achievement of scorecard targets, tracking the AOP & revenue achievement, guiding regions on go-to-market efforts, and developing pricing strategies and frameworks across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will support the CMS Strategy and Pricing lead across various initiatives within the CMS Organization by coordinating work deliverables across varied stakeholders (country manager, CM regional leads & functional verticals), provide support in financial planning, key project tracking, go-to-market strategies, and pricing. Primary responsibilities of this position are:Strategy and GTMLead/ coordinate the AOP for CEMEA and ensure optimal investment of resources to finalize the operating plan for CMSConduct market research, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking for key products and priority fintechs to understand capability gaps and partnership potentialSupport the efforts and go-to-market strategies of new use cases - Visa Direct XB, P2P Alias, Fleet 2.0 solutions, Healthcare LMM, etc. to ensure clearly defined business and investment plans are in place to drive strategy executionDevelop pricing & IRF strategies to compete with alternatives in regions (mobile money, RTP, domestic switches, SWIFT, etc.) and launch new solutions (Direct to Corporate, Agri commercial cards, BPSP, government financing models, etc.) to ensure 5% of incremental revenue comes from pricing changesWork with global CMS team and regional teams to build & support the regional commercialization approach to use case selection, opportunity assessment, competitor analysis, pricing, marketing, etc.Work with minimal direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to CMS leadershipOperations and CommunicationsAssess the accuracy of transaction & revenue forecasts, from FY25-30, on a consistent basis to evaluate trends and gaps to reaching goals and driving revenue, while evaluating potential root case of unexpected shifts in volume/ revenue trendsSupport with target & scorecard and OKR planning, tracking and reporting to global and regional executivesSupport the head of CMS and CMS Strategy on preparing, hosting, and delivering client events, internal townhalls, and internal/ external executive presentationsDevelop and maintain established an internal communications architecture. such as all-hands, QBRs, MBRs, and newsletters to empower, align, and motivateBuild the program management function to drive execution of key initiatives for CMSEnsure compliance & policy adherence for auditsSales ExcellenceOversee the health of the CMS sales pipeline and track sufficiency while communicating progress monthlyOptimize the sales and account management processes for efficiency, and provide training and development programs to improve the team's skillsBuild the Sales to Revenue conversion analysis and identify areas of improvement to reduce CMS Time to Sales and Time to RevenuesEnsure Dynamics adoption and accurate reporting within the CMS organizationFocus efforts on business continuity planning and process improvementsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications
BA/BS in Business, Economics, Finance or Strategy
MBA in a business relevant discipline preferred
Minimum 8 to 9 years of experience, with significant exposure to Management Consulting & Strategy work
Experience in or significant exposure to the financial services and payments industry required
Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred
Superior analytical and financial analysis skills
Strategic thinking, strong organization skills, ability to summarize findings from data, curiosity to deep dive on root cause of trends
Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate, verbally and in writing, compelling messages to senior managers and other stakeholders
Active listening skills required
