We are recruiting CMMS E&I Specialist- Onshore Operations position.
Job Requirements: Qualifications
High National Certificate or Diploma (HNC or HND) or equivalent.
Experience
10+ years with an Oil and Gas operating company experience in Maintenance Department.
5+ years CMMS experience, preferable Oracle Enterprise Assets Management (EAM).
Have an in depth understanding of electrical and instrumented equipment and their associated systems used in the Oil and Gas industry.
Working knowledge of international codes and standards.
Understanding of technical drawings (P&ID, SLD, Layout).
Understanding of Equipment Criticality Assessment, Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) and Performance Standards.
Understanding of Maintenance Strategies development and implementation.
Experience with process optimization and improvement.
Creation and modification of Maintenance Plans in Oracle. Prepare loadsheets for data transport and manually loads and changes maintenanceplans. Set initial scheduling dates and balances manpower in consultation withthe Planning and Scheduling Team Leads. Add task lists and Bills of Materialto tasks and job specific maintenance libraries. Link procedure I documentsheld outside of Oracle to task operations.2. Maintain Asset Register data for all Onshore assets. Accountable for accuracyof linking of the plant hierarchy from plant, area, functional location,equipment, Bill of Materials, classification data, and catalogue profileassignment.3. Work with Project Engineers, mainly through the Engineering ChangeApproval Form (ECAF) process, to assign new tags for equipment frompiping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), install new functional locations,equipment, and Bill of Materials in Oracle and assigns cost centres inconjunction with Finance. In the same manner for the equipment becomingredundant, removes the Tag Identification, functional locations, Bill ofMaterials, and costcenters.4. Review P&IDs, Single Line Diagram (SLDs) and Layouts updated throughECAFs and updates Equipment Tag status in Oracle Asset Register.5. Maintain and publish all Set Points Registers in Oracle. Update Set Pointsdatabase based on requests received through approved MaintenanceChange Requests.6. Update Bill of Material's linked to Planned Preventative Maintenance inOracle whenever an approved request is received from Onshore through the Management of Change Request system.7. New Maintenance Activities are created and linked with appropriate AssetTags in Oracle. Interact with Finance Team for assigning Work in Process(WIP) codes for Maintenance Activities.8. Update Equipment Locations in Oracle Asset Register based on Onshoreconfirmations.9. Administer Oracle based Work Order Deferment System and distribute regularupdates to the appropriate disciplines to ensure all parties are appraised ofthe deferment status and planned work.10. Provide support to onshore planning teams in use of the Asset Register andPlanned Maintenance system.

Good understanding in Maintenance Change Request.
Strong command of the English language - oral and written communications, and effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to function in a multi-cultural environment. Self-directed and highly motivated.
Valid United Arab Emirates (UAE) Driving License.
