Job Description

Job Title: CMM Operator :We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator with experience using the Hexagon model and PCDMIS software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field and a solid background in mechanical engineering, along with certifications like AWS/CSWIP and ASNT NDT.Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), specifically the Hexagon model using PCDMIS software.
Perform inspections and measurements using various equipment, such as surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gauges, bore gauges, and dial indicators.
Interpret and analyze inspection data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Work closely with the quality and engineering teams to resolve any issues related to measurement and inspection.
Maintain and update records of inspection results and documentation.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with certifications in AWS/CSWIP and ASNT NDT.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CMM operation and programming, specifically with Hexagon and PCDMIS software.
Skills: Extensive knowledge of inspection measuring equipment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
