Plan, implement and measure all PR campaigns to directly support business objectives and drive value across campaigns and content created, ensuring all work is integrated.
Manage media relations and thought leadership work related to driving brand awareness and enhancing brand reputation.
Direct public relations and interacts with external media to ensure the smooth running in all stages of social media exposure.
Define, develop, implement and measure campaigns against immediate business needs and manage local process approval of press releases, support documents and editorial with key stakeholders for specific product categories/groups, ensuring accuracy and factual and sent on time.
Write, edit and proofread media materials such as press releases, blog posts, articles, media alerts, fact sheets, pitches, briefing books, etc.
Manage media relations efforts including managing reactive media relations inquiries and media familiarization trips.
Review and manage all communication reports - Local and Central report to EMEA
Collaborate with the team and public relations agencies to develop topic ideas and media angels to help meet communication business objectives.
Liasing with EMEA PR spokespeople where necessary and working on Crisis Comms when necessary.
Social Media:
Develop and guide the creation of best practice social media campaigns, guidance and content to support marketing strategy, business goals and local market integration.
Support the execution of social media campaigns. Develop and deliver the social media content in parallel with campaign team tool kits.
Deliver social media campaign assets and content including creating and maintaining of ongoing content calendars, managing the briefing of creative & media agencies and tracking the campaign performance against KPIs.
Working with central social communication team, apply governance across all social media channels.
Stay abreast of current social trends in social media and integrate with communications goals.
Manage influencer relations campaigns, including collaborating with agency to identify, vet and build relationships with digital influencers and managing hotel stays with content creators.
Review and manage all communication reports - Local and Central report to EMEA
