Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit and manage kitchen staff
* Ensures a high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety *maintained throughout all kitchen area at all times
*Develops standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation
*Cooks or directly supervises the cooking of items that require skillful preparation
Skills:
*Ability to work under pressure, for long hours in a heated environment
*Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards
*Fast learner
*Communication skills
*Team work skills
*Good in English
*Excellent culinary catering talent
Experience:
*Minimum of two years experience in a similar capacity/ function in a fine dining restaurant
*Strong background in HACCP ( Hazard analysis and critical control points) procedures and applications
