Cluster Talent & Culture Manager role will directly report to Cluster General Manager and Accor Talent & Culture Corporate Office.
To lead the Hotels\' Talent & Culture (Human Resources) Department and Programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, compensation, classification, performance management, labor relations, training, and organizational development.
To ensure the Talent & Culture (Human Resources) Department conforms to the policies and procedures as laid out by law and Accor management with a high standard operating system.
To make day-to-day decisions based on group and company policies & procedures if required.
To create and maintain a positive atmosphere within the hotels allowing open two-way communication ensuring working ethics, values, and productivity reach the highest possible levels.
To direct recruitment and selection of Hotels\' Heartists, develop and maintain positive applicant relations, and provide technical guidance to hiring team in Talent & Culture. To coordinate functions in compliance with UAE Private Sector Labor Law when necessary.
To oversee wage and salary programs for ensuring regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels necessary to attract and retain qualified Heartists.
To be responsible for the Heartists\' accommodation and transportation for their expenses, allocation, facilities, comfort, safety, cleanliness, and coordination with the accommodation building management.
To take care, evaluate, and develop recommendations of the administration of health insurance and other benefit programs.
To develop and coordinate grievance and performance management programs designed to minimize and mediate workplace disputes, and to foster a positive and productive work environment.
To implement Hotels\' rules & regulations, the grievance and disciplinary procedure consulting with department heads on appropriate actions.
To propose annual Heartists\' activity plans and ensure creating a positive working atmosphere.
To develop and manage annual Talent & Culture budgets for the organization and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
To finalize all monthly and periodic Talent & Culture reporting requirements.
To provide trainings to support the quality implemented in the hotels for the products and services delivered to guests.
Qualifications
Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3-year experience in a similar capacity within Hospitality environment.
Demonstrated analytical and commercial awareness.
Hands on experience across end-to-end Talent & Culture (Human Resources) cycle including recruitment, performance management and learning and development.
Thorough understanding of UAE employment labor law.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and HRS.
Having multiple/cluster hotels experience will be an advantage.
