Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the F&B and social events sectors.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
Actively participate in promoting venue packages, catering services, and event-related offerings.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Deliver personalized event solutions tailored to client requirements.
Provide excellent after-sales service to build client loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Marketing and Promotion
Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns to attract social events.
Leverage social media, partnerships, and other platforms to enhance visibility.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Revenue Management
Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and offerings.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the F&B industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
