You will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in implementing strategies to attract guests, increase bookings, and maximize revenue opportunities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.Assist the Sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and converting inquiries into bookings. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests and inquiries. Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and presentations as needed.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and occupancy. Manage the distribution of marketing materials across all properties, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and corporate meetings across multiple properties. Liaise with event organizers, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Assist in analyzing sales and revenue performance data to develop strategies for improving profitability.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications. Coordinate with other departments, such as reservations and operations, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives.Utilize CRM systems to manage client information, track interactions, and generate reports for sales analysis. Proactively follow up with clients to maintain relationships and foster repeat business.Desired Skill & ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Previous experience in sales in hospitality industry preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
