A Cluster Senior Reservation Agent is responsible for managing and supervising the reservation and booking operations of multiple properties or hotels within a cluster. Their primary duty is to ensure that all reservations and bookings are handled efficiently and effectively, while also ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the reservation and booking processes for multiple hotels within a cluster
Train and supervise a team of reservation agents to ensure optimal performance and customer service
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to reservations and bookings
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and bookings
Develop and implement strategies to increase reservation and booking efficiency and revenue
Communicate regularly with hotel management and staff to ensure seamless coordination of services
Analyze and report reservation and booking trends to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the hotel operations

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field
Arabic Speaker is MUST.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hotel industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and software
Ability to analyze data and report on trends
Customer service-oriented mindset
Strong leadership and team management skills
