We are seeking an exceptional Cluster Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operations across 15\+ outlets in a prestigious hospitality group in Egypt. This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced leader who excels in high-volume production, delivering quality and creativity across a variety of pastry offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee pastry and bakery production for multiple restaurants, buffets, and leisure operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs across different outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the Cluster Executive Chefs to develop innovative and seasonal dessert menus.
• Manage production schedules, cost control, and ingredient sourcing to optimise efficiency.
• Uphold top-tier food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Cluster Pastry Chef or Pastry Executive Chef in large-scale operations.
• Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams and high-volume pastry production.
• Expertise in creating pastries, breads, and desserts for fine dining, buffets, and a la carte menus.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.
• Passion for culinary excellence and innovation in pastry arts.
