Revenue Maximization by ensuring that effective controls are in placed to detect and prevent the revenue leakage.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of hotel revenue in the books while performing daily operating controls and proper execution of internal protocols and standards across all departments of the hotel.
Responsible for accurate reporting of hotel costs and analysis whenever required.
Audit revenues from Rooms, F&B and other revenue generating area of the hotel.
Revenue verifications, adjustments and report preparation.
Update Income Journal Voucher and statistical information in the Accounting System.
Time and attendance verification and resolving discrepancies relating to heartists payroll.
Maintain and update record of deduction and earnings of heartists.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Previous relevant work experience is a must
Knowledge of PMS and POS systems
Revenue analysis and reporting
Knowledge of payroll process and UAE Labour Law
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
A university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management
