Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing this role is all about driving the E-Commerce product and Sales strategy to elevate the brand experience, and increase customer confidence to book online and drive conversion.This role is both strategic and operational. On one hand, this role will take management of the direct to customer sales channel and secondly be a key enabler to drive the brands online and offline presence. This role will be responsible for identifying and converting market opportunities, developing partnerships, refining user experience, and building out the DNA of the brand.This is the ideal role for a team player who is passionate and possesses excellent communication skills, relationship building skills and a drive to succeed . You\'re not afraid of a challenge or driving revenue results online; you review and analyze the numbers and are the first one to instigate improvements to increase results.
  • Support the development, maintenance and execution of the online business strategy for Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers & Novotel & Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels.
  • Measure weekly/monthly sales performance, reporting on key insights and opportunities to grow the business unit\'s KPIs in Revenue, Margin and NPS.
  • Lead, train and support the merchandising team.
  • Ensuring products are enriched accurately and on time by the team to maximize trade potential with competitive pricing and detailed descriptions that drive business outcomes.
  • Ensuring the website delivers an exceptional customer experience and sales growth.
  • Responsible for creation and execution of programs, product launches and promotional calendar planning and be responsible for merchandising promotions, including product, price and badging on the website.
  • Collaborating & coordinating with operational team on required photography and copy to elevate our products online.
  • Developing new and existing relationships with our B2B partnered suppliers through the partnership team.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an e-Commerce/merchandising role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualification: - Bachelor Degreeor equivalent .
  • Strategy development and analytical skills, sound business judgment and the ability to provide direction to senior management regarding commercials and operations.
  • Proficient in Analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Dynamic and Entrepreneurial personality with great energy and initiatives.
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete projects.
  • Ability to both work well within a team and be a team leader.
  • Enjoy working in multicultural/multinational environments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence.
