- Overseeing Novotel Bur Dubai & Ibis Styles Sharjah, Talent & Culture department in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefit, performance management, labor relations, training and organizational development.
- Ensure the Talent & Culture Department conforms to the policies and procedures as laid out by law and management with a high standard operating system.
- Make day to day decisions based on company priorities & targets.
- Performs as the hotel\'s coach and encourages employees\' career growth.
- Behaves and acts as role model , embodying the brand mindset
- Responsible of planning, organizing, leading and supervising training processes within the cluster.
- Ensure that all training activities are completely aligned with Accor Academy calendar.
- Minimum of 2 years expereince in similar role in a 4-5 star hotel
- Degree holder
