Overseeing Novotel Bur Dubai & Ibis Styles Sharjah, Talent & Culture department in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefit, performance management, labor relations, training and organizational development.
Ensure the Talent & Culture Department conforms to the policies and procedures as laid out by law and management with a high standard operating system.
Make day to day decisions based on company priorities & targets.
Performs as the hotel\'s coach and encourages employees\' career growth.
Behaves and acts as role model , embodying the brand mindset
Responsible of planning, organizing, leading and supervising training processes within the cluster.
Ensure that all training activities are completely aligned with Accor Academy calendar.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years expereince in similar role in a 4-5 star hotel
