Cluster Director of Learning and Development : KSA We have been retained by this extraordinary client to find them a talented, experienced and hands:on Director / Sr. Director of Learning and Development. This job role will oversee all learning and development, training, and talent management programs within the organization. Ultimately, as an influential leader within the company who will sit on the leadership team, you will build and own the L and D function from the ground up, closely collaborating with senior executives. Qualifications, experience, attributes and skills we are looking for: * 10+ years in an Learning + Development role / capacity; 5+ years of progressive experience in L and D leadership. * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or relevant field. Masters preferred. * In:depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including content creation, workshops, simulations, e:learning and coaching). * Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment, ideally within industries such as retail, hospitality and/or food and beverage. * Hands:on experience with project management and budgeting. * Proficiency in Learning Management Systems * Multi:unit / Multi:site location experience is preferred Salary Package: very competitive : single status contracts preferred or with spouse due to location.
