Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to develop and execute the overall learning strategy for the cluster of hotels.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning gaps and development opportunities for Heartists across various departments.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to address identified needs and enhance Heartists\' skills and competencies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations using the designated administrative systems and files.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and evaluation metrics, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
Work closely with department heads and managers to ensure alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to hotel management and team on learning and development matters, serving as a resource for training-related inquiries and assistance.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in learning and development to continually improve training offerings and delivery methods.
Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing learning initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on learning and development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
Flexibility and openness to different projects and initiatives that contribute to the ongoing development and success of our team members and organization as a whole.
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is preferred but not required.
