Manage five social media accounts across Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort & Spa
Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms
Create, curate, edit and manage all published content (images, video, written)
Write compelling captions that align with the brands voice and strategy
Prepare influencer content creation briefs and coordinate with PR agencies for execution
Implement and lead strategic initiatives for follower growth and audience engagement
Plan and execute content creation from photoshoot to video editing
Compile and deliver detailed monthly reports on social media performance and analytics using industry-standard tools
Manage influencer relationships and introduce brand partnership
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform strategy
Manage social media crises or negative feedback in a professional and timely manner
Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Provide live coverage or real-time posting for brand events to enhance audience engagement
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales
Analyze campaign data and web traffic metrics
Manage property websites and OTA content update
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media management
Previous experience in luxury five-star hospitality industry is preferred
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with ability to source own data and insights
Experience managing paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics
Self-motivated, ability to identify problems and work methodically to solve them
The ability to work independently, highly organized and detail oriented
A natural eye for engaging content and visual design
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
