• Guest Reception :
• Greet guests as they enter the venue with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Escort guests to their designated seating areas, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Manage reservations, ensuring that VIP guests, large groups, and regular patrons are attended to promptly.
• Customer Service :
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries, needs, or concerns.
• Maintain communication with the front-of-house team, including security, bartenders, and servers, to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in handling customer complaints or issues, escalating when necessary.
• VIP & Special Guest Management :
• Manage VIP lists and ensure VIP guests receive special treatment, including priority seating or bottle service.
• Coordinate with event managers for any special events or promotions, ensuring guests are informed and satisfied.
• Seating and Reservations :
• Ensure that reservations are properly organized and that the seating area is efficiently managed.
• Handle walk-in guests by checking availability and seating them in an organized manner.
• Keep track of seating and table status to optimize guest flow.
• Event Coordination :
• Assist with event planning by providing support to event managers or organizers.
• Inform guests about upcoming events, promotions, or specials.
• Ensure that the club's ambiance aligns with the theme of the event, helping with the setup when necessary.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization :
• Keep the entrance and reception areas neat and presentable.
• Ensure that tables, chairs, and other seating arrangements are clean and well-maintained.
• Promotions and Marketing :
• Act as a brand ambassador for the club, promoting upcoming events, specials, and other offerings.
• Encourage guests to return and maintain loyalty by providing a positive first impression.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work closely with other staff members, including waitstaff, bartenders, and security personnel, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage Guest Experience :
• Ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience by maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
