As Club Concierge, we rely on you to:
- Provide a personalised guest service to Horizon Club guests
- Create a memorable experience for the guests in the Horizon Club
- Maintain the highest standards of service in the Horizon Club
- Assist with any issues or problems to ensure guest satisfaction
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Is a self-starter and a team player
- Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
- Loves being creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
- Preferably has relevant experience in Front Office in an international 5* hotel group
- Has no fear of new challenge
