Job Description

Job Profile: Female Club Administrator ensures efficient operations of the club by providing support to managers, other employees, and members and other office visitors by handling a variety of tasks, and ensuring that all interactions between the club and others are positive and productive.

The Club Administrator is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. He/she is knowledgeable in all aspects of the club operations and is able to assist internal and external customers of the club by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making required arrangements, and generally being a helpful, productive and positive presence in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all new membership forms are completed according to Company policies and procedures;
• Daily audit of daily sales reports and membership forms;
• Ensure completeness of all contracts - individual and corporate;
• Responsible for coordination with Purchasing on all monthly club requirements
• Procurement - responsible for source quotes and negotiating with suppliers etc.;
• Daily audit of club checklists;
• Assist in preparing for events;
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
• Record Meeting Minutes;
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Develop and maintain a filing system;
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment;
• Greet, assist and provide general support to visitors in the club;
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
• Generate, reconcile, and submit expense reports;
• Update and maintain club policies and procedures;
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques;
• Cover the reception desk
• Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff;
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
• Verify receipt of supplies.
• Conducting regular inspections of club premises and equipment;
• Informing of any preventative maintenance;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
