: Microsoft Cloud Presales Engineer
Role Overview:
As a Microsoft Cloud Presales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting customers in their adoption of Microsoft cloud solutions. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring successful pre-sales engagements.
What will you do?
Technical Consultation:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored Microsoft cloud solutions.
Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for potential clients.
Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft cloud services, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
Solution Design:
Analyze customer needs and design customized cloud solutions that align with their business objectives.
Create high-level architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and proof-of-concept designs.
Address technical queries and provide guidance on implementation best practices.
Product Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with Microsoft cloud offerings, features, and updates.
Deep dive into specific technologies such as Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid scenarios.
Understand licensing models and pricing structures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Product Manager, Sales Specialits and Account Managers,.
Collaborate with Microsoft representatives to ensure accurate positioning of products and services.
Participate in partner events, conferences, and industry forums.
Proof of Value (PoV) Development:
Develop PoVs to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
Conduct hands-on workshops to showcase Microsoft cloud capabilities.
Collect feedback and iterate on PoVs based on customer interactions.
Customer Engagement:
Engage directly with customers during pre-sales activities.
Understand their pain points, technical challenges, and business goals.
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Here is what it takes to be one of the team:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years experience in cloud solutions, preferably with Microsoft technologies.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
