Minimum of 10 years of overall IT operations, cloud services, or IT service management experience working with international, recognised consulting/managed services firms or similar high pressure complex IT environments.
Proven track record in ITIL, IT4IT, ITSM, and operational governance frameworks.
Strong experience leading cloud, infrastructure, or large-scale IT service management functions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, IT governance, and operational frameworks to drive best practices with proven experience in enforcing these best practices in complex environments.
Must be willing to be based/relocate to Abu Dhabi.
