OverviewFacility overview:M42 in partnering with the UAE Ministry of Defence to operate Zayed Military Hospital (National & Military Screening Service) in Al Batayeh, Sharjah. This collaboration will provide world-class healthcare to over three million residents in the northern UAE, including military personnel and their families. By integrating top healthcare providers like the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Healthpoint, M42 will ensure access to specialized and preventative care. Full-scale operations are set to launch in early 2025.Role overview:This role is responsible for collaborating with and supporting the Line Manager in delivering clinical leadership by applying advanced knowledge and expertise. The role involves providing clinical and educational support to nursing staff, as well as assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing competencies and skill sets. Additionally, the role supports the delivery of educational programs, in-services, and skills training for all nursing employees within the facility, ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations and organizational policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.Responsibilities
  • Adheres to division policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Contributes to fostering an innovative culture focused on continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participates in meetings while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in line with the organization's code of conduct
  • Identifies and addresses educational needs for nursing employees to support their development.
  • Assists in creating clinical skills assessment tools and participates in evaluating nursing employees to ensure safe, evidence-based practices.
  • Promotes clinical expertise by applying sound theoretical knowledge in clinical decision-making and supporting the development of nursing staff through reflective practice.
  • Provides direct clinical observation and feedback to nursing staff, identifying competencies and educational needs.
  • Supports the development of a positive learning environment, acting as a mentor and preceptor to peers and nursing employees.
  • Ensures nursing staff delivers high-quality patient care while fostering a proactive, patient-centered approach.
  • Collaborates with the Quality team to implement clinical protocols, and reports on training outcomes, patient care records, and areas for improvement in clinical practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in nursing with an active DOH license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a JCIA environment as an educator.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous professional development.
