We are a bespoke Recruitment & Headhunting organization operating out of Abu Dhabi and having tie ups with major clients from across the Middle East.

We have been working in the Mental Health Care field since the last 7 years and have been associated with top names in the UAE.

We would like to invite applications from Clinical Psychologists including Senior/Lead Psychologists, preferably Western trained, who would be keen to make a career in the UAE.

The opportunities here are quite brilliant in the sense that the salaries are quite lucrative which easily caters to the cost of living, a brilliant place to settle down and then last but not the least it's a tax-free country. So the potential savings can be quite good, of course with due respect to your current earnings.

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology ( MUST )
• Master's Degree in Psychology (Master's in any other field will be fine in case you have a Doctorate in Psychology)
• Licensed as a Psychologist in your home country. Please note the below for candidates from UK
• We understand that a Doctorate is a necessity in the UK to get HCPC license but in case you don't have a HCPC license but have a home country license and settled in the UK, then you will still be eligible to apply for a license in the UAE.
• The license should be around or more than 2 years old.
• Minimum 2 year's experience working as Psychologist post getting the license. This is not applicable for candidates from the UK/Ireland.

The process employed will be as below in brief...

• We will have an initial screening call with you to comprehend your experience and shall request to send required documents for submission to the client. We will also discuss the salary budget for this position and shall take you through the cost of living and the potential savings in the UAE.
• The client will do a direct interview with you post shortlisting of your profile with them.
• Client will release an offer once you are selected.
• Client will ask for all your documents to start the license process in the UAE. This will include your degrees, your license copies, your experience certificates and the good standing certificate.
• The first step of the license process is the Data Flow where your documents will be verified by the Ministry of Health. This will take approx. 30-45 days depending on how quick your university, past employers responds to the verification.
• On successful completion of the data flow process; there will be an online exam for the Clinical Psychologist. The exam date will be given in 15-30 days time.
• If everything goes well the license process may take approx. up to 3 months or less.
• Once your License is approved in the UAE, you will then resign from your current role, serve your notice period and make plans to come to the UAE.
• The client will take care of the relocation expenses.

The salary is commensurate to the experience plus there are excellent incentives.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
