Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our behavioral health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health issues, providing psychotherapy, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients. The Clinical Psychologist will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them achieve optimal mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough psychological assessments using various testing and diagnostic tools.
• Diagnosis: Diagnose mental health conditions based on assessment results and clinical judgment.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Therapy: Provide evidence-based psychotherapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support and intervention for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Research and Development: Stay current with the latest research and developments in psychology and integrate new knowledge into practice.
• Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and education.
