Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microbiologist to join our client in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and a passion for research and development. As a Microbiologist, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new products and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and characterize microorganisms - Develop and optimize microbiological processes for the production of new products - Perform quality control tests to ensure product safety and efficacy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in microbiology - Write reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all experiments and results - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting - Must have a valid medical license to practice - Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and procedures - Experience with microbial isolation, identification, and characterization - Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience with biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Email your profile to
