Gender AnyKey Responsibilities- Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient experience
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including patient attendance, no-show rates, and patient satisfaction survey responses
- Oversee patient relations executives and porters, ensuring adherence to service excellence standards
- Ensure all approved but unused tests are followed up with patients to enhance utilization
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure digital and offline materials reflect the clinic's current services and physician offerings
- Provide clinic-specific orientation for new physicians and staff, ensuring they are well-integrated into the system
- Conduct staff training on patient relations and financial protocols to minimize cash outstanding episodes
- Ensure full compliance with hospital policies on safety, infection control, and security protocols
- Prepare quarterly clinic outcome reports and assist in performance improvement initiatives
- Work closely with the director of the clinic to organize and document quality improvement (QI) meetings and track action plans
- Address operational challenges by coordinating with the front office, IT, finance, and insurance departments
- Provide financial training to Patient Relations Executives to optimize billing and reduce outstanding balances
- Ensure timely registration error resolution in collaboration with the insurance department
- Assign and reassign clinic staff as needed to maintain operational efficiency during absences or peak times
- Ensure strict adherence to the hospital's charging, accounting, and compliance policiesRequired Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a management role within a clinic or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of clinic operations and medical terminology
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems such as Cerner, Oracle, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and mentor staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational and patient-related issues efficiently
