Job Description

We Are looking for high-performing Sales Representatives in Medical Aesthetics. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our Aesthetic Portfolio. Also, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dermatologists / GP Aesthetics, plastic surgeons, and clinic managers to drive sales and increase market share. Responsibilities:

Plan & execute regular visits to all Aesthetic HCPs and related to create demand for the brand using product detailing and professional selling techniques.
Achieve good coverage of the assigned area that includes good time management for covering the scattered accounts.
Meet Sales targets and distribution goals.
Build relationships with Aesthetic Doctors, Beauty therapists, and Clinic Managers.
Provide ongoing support, training, and product education to all stakeholders to ensure they deeply understand the products and their applications.
Keeps up-to-date information about customers, competitors, and market developments and reports accordingly

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field
2+ years of experience in the field of Sales Aesthetics IS A MUST
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English

Requirements:

Sales experience in Aesthetic products is mandatory (Botox, Meso, Growth factor, etc..)
Must be fluent in Arabic and English
A valid UAE driving license is a must
