We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales efforts in the beauty and skincare industry across pharmacies and clinics in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with at least two years of experience in a similar role, specifically dealing with beauty and skincare products. This role involves supervising sales promoters, managing stock levels, collecting payments, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
Responsibilities:
- •Sales Leadership:• Lead and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the beauty and skincare market in pharmacies and clinics.
- •Stock Management:• Monitor stock levels in various sales outlets to ensure availability of products at all times. Work closely with the logistics team to manage stock replenishment and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- •Payment Collection:• Oversee the collection of payments from pharmacies and clinics, ensuring that all sales are promptly paid for. Develop strategies to minimize late payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- •Client Relationship Management:• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide them with suitable beauty and skincare solutions.
- •Market Analysis:• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the beauty and skincare industry. Provide feedback to the management team to help shape future sales strategies.
- •Reporting:• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, payment collections, and any challenges faced by the team. Use data to drive decisions and improve sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the beauty and skincare industry, with a focus on pharmacies and clinics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of the Dubai market and its regulatory environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
