We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Counselor with healthcare experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and fluency in English. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred, as it will help in building connections with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively engaging with potential clients and promoting our healthcare services.
• Client Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client needs, explain services, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Lead Generation: Manage inbound inquiries and proactively generate new leads to expand the client base.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement and loyalty.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, share insights, and optimize sales performance.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on progress towards targets.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of UAE-based experience in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
Preference: Female candidates preferred.
