Job Description

The Clinic Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care, adherence to regulatory standards, and financial sustainability. This role involves managing staff, resources, and processes while fostering a patient-centered, collaborative, and productive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all clinic operations to optimize workflows and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maximize clinic efficiency.
  • Manage the procurement and maintenance of medical equipment, technology, and supplies.
Team Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement professional development programs.
  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Patient Care and Experience
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by monitoring clinical operations and addressing concerns.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels for patient feedback and resolution of complaints.

Financial Oversight
  • Monitor budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with billing and finance teams to streamline payment processes and resolve billing discrepancies.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to maintain a safe environment for staff and patients.
  • Prepare for and manage audits, inspections, and certifications.
Strategic Planning and Growth
  • Assist in developing long-term strategies to expand clinic services, increase patient volume, and enhance community outreach.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technological advancements to support growth.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
