Position Overview: Clinic Coordinator and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and driving sales efforts to local and international patients. This multifaceted role involves managing staff, coordinating patient care, implementing protocols, handling interviews when necessary and developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain patients. Direct line of reporting to : General Manager of clinicsKey Responsibilities: 1 Operations: - Oversee the daily operations of the longevity clinic, including intake of the patients, scheduling, staffing, inventory management, and sales activities. - Develop and implement operational protocols to ensure the efficient functioning of the clinic. - Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.2. Staff Management: - Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members. - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.3. Patient Care Coordination: - Coordinate patient intake processes, including scheduling appointments, collecting medical histories, and facilitating consultations. - Ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers to optimize care delivery. - Address patient concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.4.
