Provides oversight and takes up the responsibilities to provide highest level of service excellence through efficiently managing all administrative functions of the Guest services division.
Provides input to the Operations manager to work towards the budgeted targets in each clinic.
Performs daily rounds, meets with the doctors and patients to fulfill their requirements.
Supervises the clinic coordinators to prepare the performance analysis of the guest service executives.
Coordinates with other departments\' e.g., Insurance, finance, nursing, etc. to ensure consumer/patient\'s journey is smooth and efficient.
Resolves concerns, issues and complaints and escalates matters appropriately, when further investigation is required.
Exemplifies the company\'s vision, mission and values.
Organizes regular refresher trainings to keep the staff updated on the required outcomes.
Takes up the responsibility to minimize the waiting time in each clinic.
Ensures that patient employee confidentiality is always maintained.
Works at maintaining a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with physicians, departments, and staff.
Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner
Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures regarding operations.
