- Social Support Coordination : Manage socially related patient issues when they arise, ensuring holistic care.

- Team Supervision : Supervise and support our customer service, tele-sales, and call center teams to guarantee top-notch service delivery.

- Efficient Appointment Booking : Oversee the call center operations, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and continuous service improvement.

- Interdepartmental Collaboration : Facilitate communication and resolve issues between departments, promoting seamless coordination.

- Safety and Risk Management : Identify and address safety and risk management issues promptly, ensuring a secure environment for patients and staff.

- Crisis Management : Provide on-site management during crises to minimize disruptions and maintain service continuity.

- Resource Optimization : Ensure efficient resource utilization to sustain clinic operations effectively.

- Quality Assurance : Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
