Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations of the hospital.
Ensure patient services are run smoothly & without any problems.
Attend to patient feedbacks & complaints.
Business development & corporate affairs.
Liase with insurance & corporate companies for agreements, invoicing & payments.
Plan, organize & implement new projects like HIS, JCIA, Dialysis Unit etc.
Provide reports & information to corporate office.
