Sunny Wellness FZE LLC is seeking a professional and experienced Arabic Female Clinic Manager to lead and manage daily operations at our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring smooth clinic operations and superior patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Enhance patient experience and maintain service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with medical staff for effective service delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
