Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Oversight

• Staff Management : Supervise and coordinate with medical and non-medical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Compliance : Ensure the clinic adheres to UAE health regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards (e.g., DHA, HAAD, or MOH regulations).
Financial Management
• Budgeting and Planning : Oversee financial planning, manage budgets, and control expenses.
• Billing and Insurance : Ensure timely billing, insurance claims processing, and reconciliation.
• Revenue Optimization : Monitor clinic revenue and develop strategies for growth.
Patient Relations
• Customer Service : Ensure a high standard of patient care and address any patient complaints or concerns.
• Scheduling and Workflow : Optimize patient appointment schedules to reduce waiting times and improve service delivery.
Operational Efficiency
• Facility Management : Ensure clinic infrastructure and equipment are well-maintained.
• Technology and Records : Implement and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare IT solutions.
• Inventory : Monitor and manage medical and office supplies inventory.
Strategic Planning
• Marketing : Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract patients, including social media outreach and collaborations.
• Performance Monitoring : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Innovation : Identify opportunities for improvement and introduce new services or technologies.
Key Skills and QualificationsQualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Certifications in healthcare management (e.g., Certified Healthcare Administrator) are an advantage.
