HOBBS CLINIC leading medical facility renowned for their commitment to excellence in patient care and aesthetic services. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Clinic Manager to oversee our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetic field and a strong background in clinic management. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the clinic.
- Supervise and lead a team of aesthetic professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient satisfaction and retention
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance of the aesthetic departments
- Collaborate with other department heads to achieve organizational goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in aesthetic medicine
- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetic field, with previous managerial experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage staff and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and industry trends
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in the healthcare industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
