Clinic Manager
Job Description
•Responsibilities •
• To manage and monitor clinic operations
• Ensure that all clinic policies and procedures function in accordance with DOH rules
• Manage staff effectively by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
• Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
• Assist in recruiting and coordinate the training of new members
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance
• Manage all financial processes and practices
Minimum 2 years experience in AbuDhabi clinic administration is compulsory
Bachelor Degree or diploma in healthcare related field is appreciated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
