Job Overview
The Clinic Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that the clinic premises remain clean, hygienic, and safe for patients, staff, and visitors. This includes regular cleaning of all areas, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting the clinic's infection control measures.
Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning and Sanitization
• Clean and disinfect all areas of the clinic, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and administrative offices.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as required.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
• Infection Control
• Dispose of medical and non-medical waste according to clinic protocols.
• Replace trash liners, clean bins, and ensure waste segregation rules are followed.
• Adhere to infection control policies to minimize cross-contamination.
• Stock and Supplies Management
• Replenish cleaning supplies such as soap, hand sanitizers, tissue paper, and paper towels.
• Notify the supervisor when cleaning materials or equipment need restocking or repair.
• Maintenance and Reporting
• Report any damages, malfunctioning equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning after special clinic events or meetings.
• Compliance with Standards
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure compliance with clinic hygiene standards and government health regulations.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties.
• Additional Duties
• Assist in laundry duties for clinic uniforms, towels, or other materials if applicable.
• Support other departments with general cleaning tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
