Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle the call center for inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with the patient regarding their appointments and their safety cases if any
Coordinate with the nurses to attend all the training
Coordinate with the nurses of the centers
Perform visits to physicians at the beginning of the program (different provinces)
Prepare reports as required
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
Should not be working in any governmental section
