Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves training real estate agencies (our clients) on how to effectively use our CRM software to streamline their operations and enhance their customer relationship management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, CRM systems, and adult learning principles.

Client Onboarding and Training:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new clients, including webinars, in-person training, and on-site visits.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and video tutorials to support client learning.

Ongoing Client Support:

• Provide ongoing support and training to existing clients to ensure they are leveraging the CRM software to its fullest potential.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and technical issues related to the software.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their training needs and provide additional support as required.

Training Program Development:

• Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on client feedback and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and functionalities, and incorporate them into training materials.
• Develop training certification programs to ensure clients achieve a high level of proficiency with the CRM software.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team, conveying client feedback and suggestions for software improvements.
• Assist the sales team by providing product demonstrations and answering client questions during the sales process.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and report on training program effectiveness, including client satisfaction and proficiency metrics.
• Analyze training outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably within the real estate or PropTech industry.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and real estate operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to conduct on-site training sessions.
• Proficiency in creating training materials and using e-learning platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.
