The Client Team Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Business Operations team by overseeing a range of tasks related to project lifecycle management, financial analysis, and knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities:
Create new opportunities within CRM system and maintain accurate updates in the BD pipeline
Review and validate budget sheets for proposals
Knowledge management related to both proposals and budget sheets
Conduct regular meetings with Project Managers to assess project status and analyze financial performance
Ensure proper project registration through client confirmations (LoA, PO) and accurate project budget sheets
Proactively initiate invoice generation in accordance with project milestones
Collaborate with Finance & Control team to monitor invoicing and collection status
Oversee timesheet completion, approval processes, and project evaluations
Maintain daily communication with Client Team Partners
Update bi-weekly Client Team call presentations to reflect project progress and updates
Lead the forecasting of Order Income and revenue at the Client Team level
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related field
2-3 years of relevant work experience
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks in parallel
Attention to detail
Excellent time management abilities
Proficiency with MS Office particularly Excel and PPT (Intermediate to advanced)
Fluent in English
