Join us.About GBS:The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.About the Team:The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients\' and agencies\' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok\'s ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the client\'s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge.Responsibilities:- Manage 50-80 mid-market accounts to improve their performance and drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results
- Proficient in eCommerce & app campaign management, setting up and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
- Support clients in conducting pixel troubleshooting for their websites, and/or troubleshooting MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) related issues
- Analyze performance of priority accounts and create optimization strategies and sell through
- General creative tips and best practices
- Communicate top-up/budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment on TikTok ads
Identify high value opportunities and low hanging fruit
- Tier BoB (Book of Business) and apply different approaches to manage clients of each tier to drive revenue
- Remove ad review blockers for advertisers by communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders (ads review, finance, product etc.) to ensure good customer experience
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team
- Collaborate with internal resources (POC/Data/self-service PM/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower customers and enhance CST work efficiencyREQUIREMENTSQualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English
- At least 3-5 years of experience in account management/client services roles, or client-side roles in digital marketing while managing internal/external stakeholders
- Experience managing app and/or eCommerce advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performancePreferred Qualifications:- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing technical services environment supporting web-based and app-based products
- Experience in MENA markets, specifically KSA & UAE
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing
