Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Technical Studies or Business Administration
Proven 2 years experience as a Client Service Executive or Project Coordinator or similar role in the Advertising, Printing, Fit Out, or Signage industry is mandatory.
Should possess advanced skills in MS Office, specifically in Excel; including but not limited to data analysis, creating spreadsheets, using formulas and functions, and generating reports.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCad added advantage
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours as projects may demand.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally to team members & clients.
Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate dedication to meeting project deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction.
Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Communicate with clients to identify and define the project requirements, scope and objectives.
Collaborate with designers & production team to ensure project success.
Assist and support the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
Plan project schedules and manage team goals.
Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Manage project related paper works by ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Prepare accurate job quotations & job order, ensuring thorough understanding of project requirements and cost estimation processes.
Excellent in communication via email, including, managing multiple email inquiries, and responding promptly.
Conduct fieldwork as and when required, including attending client meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities outside of the office environment.
Proficient in negotiating terms, prices with clients to ensure best outcomes for the project and the organization.
Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings and presentations.
Track sales leads and clients order.
Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost saving measures.
Liaise between other departments and the client to provide service most suitable for the clients needs.
