Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile luxury brand clients, including globally recognized names like Chanel, Dior, and more.
• Ensure smooth coordination of marketing and campaign execution, aligning with client goals and expectations.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction.
• Address client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure continuous communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in client servicing for luxury or high-profile brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in handling high-end for Global Brands is a must.
Additional Advantage:
• A valid driving license will be considered a plus.
