Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join their team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining logistics products (LCL, DAP, DDP), following up on operations on behalf of clients with internal operational and finance teams, ensuring clients pay their dues, and making sure shipments are delivered and cleared at the final destination smoothly. The focus will be on the commercial aspect without involving internal operations.Job Responsibilities:
  • Product Explanation: Clearly explain logistics products (LCL, DAP, DDP) to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and processes.
  • Client Follow-Up: Follow up on operations on behalf of clients with internal operational and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Payment Coordination: Ensure clients pay their dues on time by sending reminders and coordinating with the finance team.
  • Shipment Monitoring: Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered and cleared at the final destination smoothly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to shipments.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client service activities and shipment statuses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role, preferably within the logistics sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional Certifications: Certification in Customer Service or related fields is a plus.
  • Sector Experience: Experience specifically in the logistics sector.
  • Advanced Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM software and tools.
  • Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in additional languages relevant to business operations.
  • Client-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ethical Conduct: High degree of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.

Working Hours:
  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
