Description :Essential Job Functions
  • Retention of existing business and developing the accounts
  • Client engagement at all levels
  • Client set up \xe2\x80\x93 SOP preparation, setting KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Reviewing service performance based on agreed KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Client feedback and complaint resolution
  • Day to day coordination with clients, network offices & operations
  • Engage with clients all the time.
  • Retention of existing business.
  • Review current business vs client potential.
  • Target \xe2\x80\x93 additional business from the opportunities available within existing client
