Job Description

Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with clients. Understand and address client needs and concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Provide information and support to clients on products/services. Prepare and present reports on client activities. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to clients. Requirements: Previous experience as a Client Service Executive is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and customer-oriented approach
