• Compile and update necessary documents and contracts.
• Coordinate the tender process within the tender team, set deadlines and responsibilities.
• Communicate with clients on the tender process. Prepare presentation materials.
• Gather meeting notes and input them to client files.
• Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience.
• Managing client inquiries via phone, email, online.
• Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Keep records of Client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Obtain and process all client information and transactions.
• Create new accounts and maintain client portfolios.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic Client Files.
• Assist the portfolio management or marketing department as needed.
• Prepare all account paperwork and check pending account maintenance items
