Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.

Support Sales:

Assist the sales team with order processing and follow-ups.

Maintain Records:

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate:

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
